We’re still busy updating our website with our latest projects, so we thought we’d share some of them with you, including some behind-the-scenes images. Here’s a recent major project we completed for Bluewater – we hope you like.
Bluewater Concierge
Bluewater in Kent is Europe’s largest retail haven. With over 300 stores, 60 restaurants, a cinema and much more, it is the destination for shoppers in the South East and beyond. We worked with our friends at 23red, brand guardians for Bluewater, on a uniform solution for concierge and security staff.
The uniform itself is made up of many different pieces that compliment each other; dresses, cardigans, skirts, shirts, trousers and blazers. Smart, grey tailored staples are teamed with sky blue pieces for a friendly, approachable aesthetic. Pink accents – leather belts, silk ties and perspex brooches – complete the looks. The brooches were inspired by fashion’s love of perspex accessories and provide a stylish and playful twist.
The uniforms as a whole provide Bluewater with a strong visual identity: visible, smart, stylish and, importantly, wearable.
Bluewater Apparel
In addition to a strong uniform concept for concierge and security staff, we also designed solutions for cleaning, maintenance, waiting and gardening staff. With the same ethos as Concierge but with maximum emphasis on fabric performance, durability and visibility, we created a range of polo shirts, aprons, jackets and workwear trousers in colours and styles that compliment the rest of the uniform roll-out. Jackets and gilets were produced with a sportswear aesthetic, avoiding traditional fleece solutions, as part of a uniform that meets varied climatic and location demands.
